The Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management Skills is designed for new and aspiring middle managers. Learners can consolidate their experience, develop their leadership skills and prepare to take on greater management responsibility. This qualification comprises two mandatory units. ‘Understanding the management role to improve management performance’ covers the learner’s role in helping their organisation achieve its goals.
